   Recently finished an 8-appointment course of laser hair removal on my face and have had a great experience the entire time. From the professional manner in which the initial consultation appointment was carried out, making sure to explain the entire process, what the expectations might be and aftercare, to each subsequent appointment. Every member of staff was really kind and welcoming, making it feel like a safe place to not have to worry at all. The environment always felt clean and well maintained. As one of the very few laser clinics in the Midlands that currently work with the NHS for laser hair removal, I'd definitely recommend. As a trans person, it's nice to be able to walk in and be treated just like everyone else. Great environment, really easy to get to (even if you aren't from Derby or know the area well, the location in the shopping centre makes it really easy to get to), super friendly staff, all round, a very satisfactory experience and I would recommend it to anyone else looking to get laser hair removal

   Lovely experience from start to finish…and beyond! I can see an improvement in my skin. Booking and availability was superb.    I went into the shop today and asked about laser hair removal, i managed to get a consultation the same day! (Amazing). During the consultation, I spoke about what I wanted and I was actually advised I didn’t need hair removal, but a different treatment, when going over the new treatment, I asked if it was ok to think about it, as it was more money then I could afford at the moment with being on maternity leave, the staff memeber (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) was lovely about it and understood my situation, she made no judgement and then continued to answer all my questions. When I go back to work and have more funds, I will definitely be going back to get the recommended treatment. From my short experience, I can say the staff were friendly and the reception and treatment rooms were immaculate.

   Staff very efficient , lovely, & friendly . They don’t rush to do your treatment . It’s my first time here and I’ve booked already for my second session . Tunisia looked after me so well definitely worth of your time and money . Highly recommended.

I also appreciated the honesty around treatment results and would definitely consider some other treatments in the future. The place itself is clean and stylish which added to the overall experience and made it feel like a treat. I felt that the prices were very reasonable especially considering how professional it felt.

   I was warmly welcomed by Imogen and out at ease. The consultation was informative, easy to understand and helpful. The patch test was done with discretion and a full description - and it didn’t hurt! Imogen was very friendly, knowledgeable and very engaging. Looking forward to the actual treatments now.
