I purchased a packet of 'flu medication, and upon getting home, discovered that only half the tablets were in the box. Over the past 5 - 6 years, I've frequently experienced excessively long waiting times and all-round poor or indifferent customer service, but this was the last straw. I recommend seeking an alternative.
We had a wonderful experience at the pharmacy. Pharmacist Romina Cujba was extremely kind and professional when she administered the viral vaccine to my 2-year-and-11-month-old son. She managed to keep him calm, and everything went perfectly — no tears, no fear. Thank you for your patience, care, and professionalism!
I had my flu jab there today and it was such a good and easy experience. The Pharmacist Romina was so lovely and caring, she talked me through the process and any side effects I may have after the flu jab. Would recommend!
Having received texts to say medication was available for collection last night, (prescriptions handed in on Tuesday 27th May morning) I arrived and have had to wait OVER HALF AN HOUR!!!!!To collect!! As they weren't ready!!! And to make matters worse, the 15mg senna tablets were not available (2 per night), but there were lots of 7.5mg tablets available! So, previously, the Dr had agreed 2x15mg could be substituted for 4x7.5mg!!! I explained this to the pharmacists, who then had real trouble appreciating the usual 56x15mg could be substituted by 112x7. 5mg! Then the young girl had further issues with having boxes that had 60tablets, and I had to suggest she dispensed 1 box of 60 and take 8 tablets out of a 2nd box and just print appropriate labels. The queue behind me grew.... I had thought that basic GCSE level maths was a prequisite for a pharmacist, dispensing chemist!!??? Tbh, this particular surgery is becoming more and more inefficient and as I have to go every month for me husband's meds, being his carer, I'm growing to dread it. It dosent matter which day of the week I put the prescription in, or which day or time of day I go!!! I have had to complain before, when is something going to be done to improve your service and efficiency???? MRS Colleen Nelms.
Horrendously rude staff. I’m a regular customer and parked out the back, only to receive a note mistaking me for a parent of the school, the ignorant lady manager pulled back the wiper on a Range Rover and has left a crack in the windscreen which I will be suing for. The school is located in a tiny car park surrounded by several businesses. All the local businesses allow one or two cars to park there and I feel sorry for the parents of the school who need to pick up their children. They come and go within 10-15 minutes and this is a necessary public allowance people need to make. Their car park is huge and is shared amongst residents always with at least 20 free spaces and 4 other businesses own the car park yet the manageress of this store thinks she owns the whole car park and has the right the Berrade desperate parents. There are NO restrictions displayed. Avoid this business

Always a long wait. No apology for the wait - and the staff actively ignore you whilst you are in the queue. There is no reason why they couldn't serve every person waiting - rather than ignore them until they get to the front of the queue. They force sick people to spend more time than necessary in a confined space together. British Customer Service at it's worst. I hate going in there.
