   I switch over to derby green as they fulfilled prescriptions efficiently and in a timely manner. The pharmacy was friendly, welcoming and well stocked However recently (in the last 6 months or so) the staff have become slow and somewhat rude. Having working in the NHS I understand recent changes have made things more difficult for many staff but the customer- patient should always be at the forefront. The slow dispense has meant that I have gone days without antidepressants and while looking after 2 small children is not ideal. I will be switching pharmacies

   Great service and courteous, efficient staff in my experience. Clear details about the national shortage of one medication so only able to supply some of that one. That is now sorted without hassle. Did a great job of sorting a one-off problem over a visitor's forgotten meds. Highly recommended.

   Unfriendly, unhelpful & useless. Medicine out of stock for months on end. On the advice of the Pharmacist, Obtained alternative prescription (2x25mG instead of 1x50mG) from Doctor to fulfil stock shortage. Got charged full prescription fee for a second time. Avoid! Totally refused to fulfil the shortage even though they showed me the medicines. Always check that they have the medicines in stock, present in the shop before you part with your prescription or money.

   Great first time experience. Had a specials item that I was desperate to get a hold of before a flight and this Pharmacy was the only one out of over 30 I called to try to get it next morning and they did! Polite service too and I am very grateful.

   First class service , very quick on getting our orders through from doctors, always very caring , very kind , so helpful, so fast , and have been fantastic throughout covid , delivering our orders and making sure we have tests , couldn’t have got through it so well without them. This week put my request in at my doctors Tuesday morning and received a email that afternoon, it would be ready tomorrow after 11 am . That’s outstanding service!! So glad we found them , thank you very much .

   Staff are miserable and act as if you are an inconvenience even entering the store let alone if you ask them a question. Requested my doctor to send prescriptions elsewhere from now on!
