   Had to ring gp surgery but only open for flu clinic but advised to ring 111 which very promptly dealt with issue and advised that a referral was sent to the pharmacy for pharmacist to see me and antibiotics to be given. I went in and they couldn’t find no referral was sent by 111, I waited for around 15 minutes when the pharmacist came and very abruptly said that there was no referral at all and I should speak to gp as this is the second time of this issue. I tried to explain that tests were being done but the dr from 111 knew this but was told the pharmacist would help. But no all she was doing was talking over me and said bluntly that she would not help me. She did this in front of other people in the pharmacy, very unprofessional and very rude, disrespectful. I promptly walked out and got help elsewhere. I rang back 111 and was told that the referral was sent. I’m thinking of reporting her for not helping and refusing to do so and her unprofessional behaviour.

   This is such a great pharmacy, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. When my daughter needed a private prescription, they always went out of their way to find the cheapest deal for her medication AND I really can’t thank them enough for their very generous donation for my Ukrainian collection. And you can park outside! WHAT IS NOT TO LOVE??!!
