Just late, always late, run out of stock, don't tell you. Have to chase up every order. Currently 17 days and counting for a "next day delivery"
I checked the reviews before placing an order online. I decided to give them a ring to check that that they definitely had the items that said in stock online because I didn't want to be out of pocket and have my order cancelled like a lot of other people have experienced. The woman on the phone told me that they no longer operate in the UK. It's really shocking because you can still add items to your basket and actually pay for items.
If I could give you no stars I would. I ordered some tablets. Waited for them for a week after CONFIRMATION emails. Queried. Told order declined. No reason why. So why did they let me order?? They ask enough questions at the time WHICH WERE ACCEPTED. If I hadn't queried I would still be waiting in blissful ignorance. Atrocious dubious service and practice
Really great app. For ordering Ventolin. Best app. I have tried. As long as you update any conditions you have. Very fast delivery next day if required. Any questions just send a message. Cannot fault this firm. Excellent 100%
I placed an order, two weeks later they cancelled the order and said that they would send a refund and that it would take 5-10 business days to receive the refund. I never received the refund and have emailed them numerous times with no response. I am out $350. DO NOT BUY from this site.. total scam!
I wish I red the reviews before I placed an order. Ordered Pholcodine and some other stuff, after a few days received an email that the above is not available (still listed as available on their side) ans would i like the rest of the items or a full refund. I chose for a refund which should have been 10 days ago. I sent an email and received a swift reply that they will look into it. But not refund as yet. If I don't receive it within couple of days I will be contacting my bank and also Action fraud.
I placed an order for 3x inhalers on 20th December 2022, after I'd paid I was looking around the site to double check the legitimacy and found a load of bad reviews and a poor rating on trust pilot. I had paid for 24hr delivery so atleast I would find out soon enough. On the 22nd December, I checked the tracking which just said order status: complete. So I sent an email to the email address on website which had sent me the order updates, I had a response almost immediately providing me with a link and tracking number for royal mail and sure enough it was at my local post office. A few hours later and my medication has arrived. Absolutely will use again.
Customer service team are beyond courteous and professional. They go above and beyond. I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. Service was prompt and amazing. I even had an issue with one of my prescriptions and they were able to correct it in less than 24 hours.
I re-order my prescription over the phone. I spoke to a lady that provided me with excellent info about my order. The info about the process was precise and clear. She was patient with me and as a result I didn’t feel like just another customer. Excellent Customer service team indeed.
