The Superdrug Pharmacy is tucked away towards the back of Superdrug's main store. The ladies are fantastic and helpful. They are also extremely patient when assisting people with complex issues. They are knowledgeable and work very hard in their small pharmacy! Support our medical services workers! They are doing a great job!
Stood in the queue for over 10 minutes, the pharmacists stood behind the counter , didn’t acknowledge the amount of people waiting. Had to leave without my prn
Absolute garbage service. I stood in the queue for over 10 minutes to pick up a prescription and they just closed the shutters after serving the person in front because "it was closing time". There were multiple other people in the queue. They refused to serve me and others. I will be demanding compensation for this. Avoid!
Absolutely awful service. Never have my prescription and don’t believe me when I say I’ve ordered it. To also say my problem isn’t important enough to speak to the pharmacist is appalling. Not having my prescription will lead to me being ill. Definitely going elsewhere
All the staff were very friendly kind caring and thoughtful when I mean it out they have been helpful and they are a very good service they deliver my meds on time when they due to come out I've had no problems with them
