   For all your medical needs also have a pharmacist on site if you need a private one to one conversation. Waiting time isn't to long. Pharmacy is at the end of the store.

   NOT GREAT!! I was feeling fed up with blocked ears and asked what the pharmacist would recommend! His suggestion was to go to the doctors and his attitude was like 'what do you want me to do!' didn't recommend any medication at all and made me feel a nuisance. Went to Tesco pharmacy in Aldershot, where service was exceptional, rated 5 stars!

   Went to the pharmacy, where not only was the elderly lady curt and impolite, but she gave me the incorrect medical prescription that the doctor had sent for me. I’ll need to make another trip, of which is not ideal, as not only will that waste fuel in this economy, but these were antibiotics that I needed for urgent treatment. I’m left shocked and disappointed, especially considering the lady had clearly known there was an issue as she took a few moments on the till (clearly knowing she’d given me the wrong medicine) but completed the transaction anyways. This is ridiculous, as the receipt clearly states what I was SUPPOSED to get.

   Called Saturday to confirm could pick up prescriptions Sunday. Said yes we're open, ready for you. Arrived to find shut for lunchtime. Then closes at 4pm. I understand they're probably understaffed, but this is basically lazy. Not cool. My medicines are not any cheaper.

   Very bad service at the pharmacy the pharmacist “Mary” shouted across the counter about my medication to the point I was so I embarrassed I had to leave the store, I definitely would not recommend this pharmacy to any one at all

   Always found the pharmacy staff friendly and helpful. Phoned today to book a flu injection and we were invited in straight away. Very happy to pop in and ask for advice. Thank you!

   Went today to collect my mothers repeat prescription and was told that it wasn't ready and not sent by the doctors. I was told to see the GP, which I did and GP confirmed that they received the request 2 days late hence it wasn't sent to pharmacy. Went back to pharmacy and they denied this. Kept me going round and round in circles without taking any ownership. Annie, was arguing with me that they don't provide customer service ( FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HEARD THIS ). I was shocked by this response. Will be moving to another pharmacy.

   Supermarket always running out. Empty shelves. Lady chemist very grumpy, gives the impression its really boring having to deal with customers. I always go to Bridge road chemist now. The staff at Bridge road are friendly and very helpful
