   Today morning I went to this pharmacy and ask for eye drop because my eyes was little bit uncomfortable so I said I got pain in the eyes. She was so rude and her body language is extremely intimidating and said I can’t sell you eyedrop even the counter one. Very very rude. Extremely poor customer service. I will rate her 0 for her bad customer service and judgemental attitude because I am foreigner and treating me differently.

   Your dispensers are some of the rudest people I have encountered. Huffing and puffing down the phone at me and dismissively telling me they don’t have my antibiotic medicine only for me to call back and be told they do in fact have it in stock. I know it’s 6pm on a Friday night but if you don’t want to work, then don’t work and certainly don’t work in a customer facing position if you think it’s okay to speak to strangers who are in urgent need of medicine in such awful tone. I will be requesting future medication from a different pharmacy.

   Took sheer joy in telling me they couldn’t help me for an emergency prescription of something I’ve got on repeat for years - even though NHS website clearly states you can get a referral via 111. Lloyds in Farnborough Sainsburys sorted it all out for me and were much more kind/clued up! Go there instead.

   Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. Usually not open when they're supposed to be. Rarely have the medication I need. Lost my prescription a few times. Staff are so rude it's awful.

   Terrible pharmacy, 9 times out of 10 they don't have the medication prescribed and they don't let you know unless you ring up chasing! Un-helpful

   Since becoming unwell I have used this pharmacy multiple times a week. They have been excellent at accepting my phone calls and sorting out queries. They have also given me partial prescriptions to get me through the weekend as I need a new bottle every 4-5 days. There was a mix up with giving me the wrong medication over the counter but they refunded me the money and showed diligence in following up with the new member of staff. I think they have been excellent and have made a big difference at a difficult time.

   Pharmacist extremely rude! Took nearly 5 hours to complete a prescription and she had a go at me when I asked how long its going to take. I go once a week and the service has always been terrible. I've had enough and now going to go elsewhere. Dont know how they are still open when they are so rude. After I came out the store there was a gentleman moaning due to the poor service. I called my doctors to change where my prescriptions go from now on and they said we have had a lot of complaints about that pharmacy. Hopefully I will never step foot in this pharmacy again.
