A dreadful situation where you ring up at 8:00am and take a chance re-ringing until you get through to be told they've reached capacity or wait in the queue to be told the same thing. Did this for a week without getting an appointment.. just been told that all the appointments have usually gone by 8:10, so why am I still in the queue at 8:45? I don't know what the alternative is, other than just put up with it and suffer in silence.

Needed a an urgent blood test for my 13yr old as instructed by the GP at walking centre. Couldn't get through but when I did she was giving me an appointment after a week!!! My daughter was loosing alot of blood due to her menstrual cycle which today was 24 days!!! She's pale and feeling dizzy and it was clearly on her notes for them to see, it was just a simple blood test before they can prescribe anything.

Impossible to get an appointment. You call at 8am as advised and it keeps cutting you off as the line is too busy. By 8.10am you get through to be told all their on the day appointments are fully booked. Rude reception staff who told me I couldn't just walk in and ask to be given an appointment when I was sent there from the walk-in clinic as I needed blood tests for an under-16. It took half an hour in person for her to be able to book a simple appointment, all the while asking us if it was really necessary. She was completely overlooking the fact my son was yellow and needed urgent bloods done. This place makes you feel like you're a nuisance for asking for basic healthcare.

I have not seen a worse clinic. To connect at 8 am is 40 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the phone. They say the doctor will call you back! They don't call back

Firstly I have to say that the one star refers to the attitude of the receptionists and the great distress that they caused me. The one star does not reflect the excellent treatment I received from Dr. Joshi who was very polite, caring and understanding. QUOTE: "The public are asked to be mindful of people who are exempt from wearing a face covering. The list of exemptions, which has been in place since face coverings became mandatory , includes hidden conditions such as anxiety or panic disorders, autism, breathing difficulties, dementia, reduced vision ......" and more. Clearly the reception staff have no consideration for this small minority of people who have hidden reasons not to wear a mask. Personally I was told that I would not be allowed to see the Doctor if I did not put one on. I explained that it would cause great distress and offered to wait outside until my appointment if necessary. Also explained that I had self tested yesterday and was Negative. Although she had no right to ask, she insisted on knowing why I was exempt. By the time I got to see the Doctor I was very stressed and getting into a panic state. However Dr Joshi was very helpful and kind, but I was in an upset state by this time, which was not ideal for my consultation. I spoke with Sue the receptionist upon leaving who showed no concern about the stressed state I was in. Would just also like to comment that she was wearing her mask UNDER her nose. Seriously putting more people at risk than I was. Review on the whole.......... Doctor was excellent............. Receptionist in need of training maybe.

Can't get an appointment when it's needed, even after being to the walk in center and the pharmacy and both saying I need to see my own gp. They ring back and hang up after one ring so your phone doesn't ring, but gives you a notification that you have missed a call. Once your actually there they are prity good though
