Highly recommend this accommodation. We are a family of six and the rooms were great. Enough space for us all. Excellent condition. Everywhere was lovely and clean and it had all we needed for our stay. Didn't have to worry about things like washing up liquid, tea towels, Wifi etc. Space to park on the driveway too. Will use again whenever we come back to Southampton. Kristy & Donna were on call if needed too. Huge thanks to them both for a wonderful place to stay.

Terrible experience – worst stay ever!
This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had, and we've booked over 60 places through Booking.com. We arrived to find the apartment in a disgusting state—there was a horrific smell in the upstairs unit, like something had died. After searching, we found a plate of rotting, moldy food hidden above the fridge. There were dirty dishes, crumbs, and even a dirty sock under the table! Both apartments stank so badly that we had to buy multiple candles just to tolerate the smell.
The list of issues didn’t stop there. The coffee machines in both units were broken, and the upstairs apartment had a chair with a bloodstain on it. We also had problems with doors—my son got stuck in the bedroom after the door handle fell off. The towel bar in the bathroom were loose and came off, and the downstairs shower door rails were also damaged. We even found mold stains in different areas.
We were in town for a family wedding, but the joy of the occasion was completely overshadowed by the constant stress caused by this filthy and poorly maintained accommodation.
The apartment’s management was unresponsive to our messages, and we had to chase them for weeks to get our deposit back. This experience was beyond disappointing. It was stressful, unsanitary, and utterly unacceptable. Rent elsewhere!

Excellent accommodation! The apartment is clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The host’s are fantastic and very helpful. I loved that they had put a Christmas tree and decorations in the apartment for my arrival. I highly recommend Gladstone Apartments and will definitely be staying there again.

We have stayed at Gladstone Rd, at Bluebell rooms in Southampton for 4 days, and the experience has been wonderful.
The area is very quiet, and the house is extremely comfortable.
Beds, temperature, tidy and clean, very well equipped kitchen, easy to check in and out, parking slot...
We had a little issue with the shower, and it was solved in less than 12 hours.
The owners are very accessible, and polite.
Strongly recommended for lovely stay.
