Easily accessible dry ski slopes or varying height and angle to progress skiing and boarding. Basic butt functional set up. No cafe but vending machine and hot drinks available. Decent freestyle slope. Local ski clubs are able to get kids up to decent competitive standard for short slalom. Huts available to chill if there watching. You can bring own for and drink.

I am so unhappy with the service at the center. I paid for a block of lessons but recently started a new job with a variable schedule, which has prevented me from attending the classes. I reached out both by phone and in person to see if there was any way to adjust or find a solution, but the only option offered was to switch to another day when I am also scheduled to work. I am very disappointed with the lack of alternative solutions to solve this.

Sadly another place in Aberdeen with very little awareness of neurodivergency. Very old teaching styles. Some instructors are very rude, intolerant and arrogant. As with a lot of places in this city unless you accept what you're given, you're openly casted out.

Tried taking the kids tubing a couple of times now. First time some weeks ago and then tried again today. Online booking system is terrible and allows booking for one person. Have tried calling around 20 times in two days and not an answer. Even called when I was stood in the queue at the desk. No ringing heard and plenty people going about to answer. Was told it’s a new phone system. Can’t be that new as had the exact same issues weeks ago when I tried to book. Got to the desk and wasted journey as no space due to a party booking. No problem at all with that but wasted journey for the simple reason of staff not answering the phone. Explained my frustration to the woman at the desk. Her response, party is booked today, sorry. New phone system, sorry. Nothing to be said on the online booking system. Sure I’m not the only person having these issues.

Our son had a great time and the instructor was very knowledgeable, especially for our needs. He was also professional and perhaps best of all..enthusiastic and seemed to love what he was doing.

Been using the centre for almost 2 years. Generally the reception staff are pleasant. Our snowboarding instructor ally is great , he is very patient and has a great way of explaining things. The downfall with the centre is the computer appointment system and lack of support for new staff and their training. Nothing has improved in this area over the last 2 years. The system is simply not appropriate for use and is frustrating for service users and the centre staff too, worse still the poor staff deal with complaints and annoyed customers. Not really fair on them when they apparently raise these concerns regularly with customer service?

Okay place to get your legs back in but the bigger slope is taken up by jumps etc leaving little room to practice technique, turns and the like. Also.. .although a quicker surface it's very difficult to get any form of edge and grip to improve your technique. Surprisingly I preferred the other more typical dry slope for this reason. Staff helpful and friendly.
