   Cancelled on us (family booking) with 4 days before checking in - during peak holiday period. Either they or Expedia tried to assert it was us who cancelled - we did not. Communication was non-existent in the lead up to check in as I had emailed and called them several times to confirm check in times etc. Not a single reply, which was concerning enough anyhow. We got a full refund at least. Seems like we dodged a bullet though given some reviews.

   Our room stinks like dead rat. The room numbers are confusing as rooms 1 and 10 are on the bottom floor and room 4 is on the next floor which makes no sense. The lights are flickering and room 4 smells like cigarettes. The freezer in room 1 doesn’t work and the freezer in room 4 is iced up basically blocking the door from being opened. The toilet door in room 4 doesn’t lock. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here.

   Accommodation is okay, shame on entry to individual apartments not overly clean. My partner has had two spells within these apartments over last few months, some cleaning was not cleaned away from the previous visit. Cooking equipment left dirty. I know owners are not necessarily the one's to complete the cleaning but are responsible. after someone has used the apartments checks should be made on the equipment and cleaniness of the individual rooms of the apartments.

   Good location, and easy for M3, M27 and City Centre. Plenty of parking and good sized apartment. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. Corner bath and lovely balcony. Lobby area was handy to wait for the car on rainy days, and James the Property Manager was extremely helpful throughout - nice job! Will stay again.

   Lovely apartment, great location conveniently situated near shops.Could do with a few more utensils and cooking dishes in the kitchen .No wooden spoons or fish slice to help when cooking.Purchased some from asda which we left behind.Dish washer but no tablets or liquid to put in it.Fridge needs a new seal as kept shut with velcro which didn't hold the door shut.

   Wonderful experience. Right from start till the end. We recommend booking them through their website as they give discounts for long stays. The contact is through message or call them directly. The flat has everything from cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, utensils in kitchen, sofa and a table for having food, TV, Wifi, and a good size comfortable bed. A good size bathroom. Peppa pig world is very near to the apartment. M3, M27 and other major roads are nearby. It is near Southampton university. Nearby there are good amount of takeaways in case you don't prepare food. There are good size of car parking at front and the back. Outside there is also a parking on road and can be parked on at night too.

   Nice comfy apartments w kitchen and two baths and two bedrooms. Easy car parking available and access to Southampton and surrounding areas without going in the town centre. A bit noisy due to being on the road especially on the front apartments but nice balcony to sit in warm weather too. An 8/10 overall!

   Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Rent was reasonable, quite and the 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms apartment were spacious. Towels and curtains were old and consumed. Need more attention in regard to maintenance issues specially bath and kitchen sinks clogged most of the time and that was very annoying!!
