   All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had my 6 month with me so was a little late and they were accommodating. I needed to feed my son during my eye test which the optician was very polite (asked if I wanted him to leave) and considerate. My new glasses came very quickly and an appointment was given to me quickly. A lovely team there!

   The customer care was great - from my initial visit and triage to my appt with the optician the next day. All members of staff that I spoke to were helpful and welcoming and I felt like I was in good hands. The optician also took care to explain what she thought was happening. Plus my appt was on a Sunday which meant my treatment was much quicker. If I’d had to wait longer my eye might have got significantly worse.

   The staff held onto my 2 pairs of specs that I needed and fully paid for and didn't bother to contact me when they said they would although they had my Tel number. I suppose all they were interested in was the sale and any commission and after care was far from a priority for them. I was disappointed in the service but some how not actually surprised.

   Been going here for most of my adult and teenage years. Always been a pleasant experience Staff are super nice and the the process from checking in for your appointment to collecting the glasses goes butter smooth Recently they've had a bit of an uplift and the place looks super clean and well laid out There is a nice variety of glasses to chose, parking can be a bit of an issue, most of the time you'll have to park on a nearby side street
