Great service and amazing food! They accommodated us a table of 16 and food came out extremely quick and was very yummy. Gave us beer and food recommendations and even supplied us with christmas crackers. Highlights were the camembert and the roasts. Great time!
9 of us celebrated an 80th birthday, with Sunday lunch at the Kings Head. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the food, it arrived at the table very quickly, and was piping hot. The waiting staff were impeccable, there if we needed something without being intrusive, and always with a smile. A very enjoyable experience in lovely surroundings. Can’t wait to return.
Super stylish room, friendly staff and delicious food! Many thanks to Nicky and Patrick ,we had a fantastic stay at The Kings Head with our two dogs. The owners attention to detail and level of service was excellent and they really made you feel welcome in the jewel of a village that is Whiteparish. The Roast Dinner and breakfast were freshly made and the quality of ingredients was great. I loved the modern room we stayed in which was dog friendly and had a little outdoor area. Keep up the brilliant work .See you next time.
Chose The Kings Head in the evening for a special family meal, as we knew it would offer us above standard pub-grub for the occasion we wanted to celebrate. We have eaten here 3 times now and each time, the experience has been wonderful. The restaurant inside feels homely, has superior/rustic decor and the tableware is lovely, with linen napkins. The staff are all fantastic, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. We haven't eaten outside in the covered area, but it does look very welcoming for an al fresco experience when the weather is warm. We know we will not be disappointed when choosing to eat at The Kings Head, and we look forward to returning soon.
We went here for a staff meal and a celebratory drink, the staff were so friendly and attentive, God knows how loud we were, they put us in the back room which we had to ourselves for the most part! The food was lovely, my team and I had a great night, lovely little pub, clean and atmospheric I would definitely recommend this pub, and will go back again!

Stayed one night. Excellent room downstairs with lovely patio area, evening food was excellent with my wife stating that the Beef and Ale pie was the best pie she has ever had! Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were excellent and friendly. Even the car park was excellent and reassuringly secure. Beautiful location in a quiet village easily accessed off the A36 Highly recommended
Went in for a few pints to meet a mate. Haven't been here for years but was impressed with the redecoration and overall improvement. Definitely gone up market and I may well bring the wife next time!
Really nice pub/restaurant/guest house in a pretty village, with great access to walking trails and the town. Lovely mixture of contemporary and traditional, very tidy and clean. Staff were excellent and both the dinner and breakfast food menus were outstanding. We were there for two nights and loved it. Our room was a good size, bathroom luxurious, and widows opened wide for fresh air and a great view. There are several wonderful walks on the doorstep, making this a perfect weekend place away. Everything was 5-star
