   What a dump. Parents booked through AirBnB when we were visiting for a Wedding. Whitestar is a horrible place to take a family, would have left on day 1 if it wasn't for the prices of same day hotels. Family from the area laughed when I said we were staying in St Marys... To be fair to Renta - they tried their best. Sheets and Towels were clean, but the place was so tired and smelt terrible. I had to buy a can of febreeze just to stop me gagging. It did not feel safe.

   We stayed at their Southampton unit for 8 nights and overall it was a very comfortable stay. The place is very centrally located, neat and clean and the view balcony was serene. Some minor hiccups at the time of checkin. where immediately addressed by Leo. Highly recommended place to stay.

   Had a great stay in central Southsea. Ideal location within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as Southsea common and the seafront. Our 2-bed flat was clean, light and spacious, perfect for our family of 4 and containing everything we needed to make us feel at home. Communications were also great both before and during our stay. Kean was quick to answer any questions I had in a friendly and efficient manner. Would definitely book again!

   Whitestar place is great, really nicely decorated, with everything you'd need in a great location. Ideal for short or longer stays in the area. Renta accommodation have been so helpful and the online guest area is really useful. We will definitely use again!

   Booked a propety through AirBnb which was with Renta Accommodations. It was a complate disgrace, was dirty and dangerous especially as I had a young toddler. Sharp screws exposed in the shower, exposed carpet grippers as carpet was worn. Garden was a complete mess with one side of the fence fallen down. Property was tired and not recently refunbished as it had meationed in the listing. Had to move to a new property after the first night. Leo did not respond to my request of a refund so I will do my upmost to let people know what this company is like, just after you're money.

   Normally, I live on a boat, but with only two days to go before my partner was due to come back from a trip abroad, I fell and broke my hip so I had to find alternative accommodation and fast; I got in touch with Renta. Leo listened carefully and sorted me out a lovely apartment in my chosen area, for the period of time I needed it and at a price I could afford. Nothing was too much trouble. He provided us with everything we needed for our stay and remained on hand to solve any problems. We're back on the boat now, but forever we'll remember Leo and the great service we received from Renta. A1+, 6 stars, thoroughly recommended.
