Utterly unprofessional were asked to provide best and final bid on a property by 5pm on Friday, get a call to say was successful at 7pm then at 10am on Saturday morning get a call saying a better bid came in over night. Beware this company is unscrupulous in its dealings I urge anyone looking to market with them beware as you are narrowing your potential purchasers.

We have just had a lovely experience buying a house via Pearsons at Bishops Waltham. The agents (Debbie and Nicki) and office staff are warm and friendly, and cannot do enough to help, but never compromise on the professionalism. It was a long sale (due to seller's circumstances, nobody's fault), but Pearsons kept in touch without being pushy, making sure everything was on track. I would highly recommend them. We love our new home too!
