   We were very impressed with Dybles, espcially after a really terrible time with our initial Estate Agent. We left our initial Estate Agent after 6 months of terrible service and no sale. Within 4 months, Dybles had sold and completed on our property. That's the summary of our experience with Dybles and here is a detailed list of the reasons we would not hesitiate to recommend Dybles: 1. The inital meeting: they didnt overvalue, were very polite and enthusiastic about marketing the property. They had great knowledge of the area and great experience selling similar houses. 2. They specialise in marketing the property and took very high quality photos vs. photos taken by a mobile phone. Our advert was much better with Dybles and we saw more viewings as a result. 3. 1 point of contact: This made communication much easier and we knew exactly who to contact when we wanted to get in touch 4. We received weekly updates even when there had been no update, so we were always kept in the loop. 5. Dybles have invested in excellent technolgy/ an App which meant we could log in at any time and see real time updates/ask queries and even see how many people had viewed our ad. This gave great peace of mind and we could access the info from anywhere. 6. High number of viewings compared to the other estate agent. 7. Great updates once sale had been agreed and we could track the progress online at any point. 8. Team dedication even after the completion date: The team offered to read the meter and hand over the keys to the buyer. The whole team were very accomdating and we really appreciate the full commitment of Jack, James, Isabella and Olivia and the rest of the team. We felt that they gave the sale of our house priority and care we had hoped for, which we didn't receive with out initial estate agent. We wish we had marketed with them from the start!

   We purchased our first home with the help of Dybles - communication was amazing, which made everything so much easier. During the buying process, we did have some issues in negotiating some problems that arose with the previous owner, but with the Sales Progression team (particularly James Ankers), helped us in addressing and resolving these issues really quickly. From the first viewing with Isabelle, all the help from Jack and James, to collecting the keys - everyone at Dybles were super helpful and keen to help us get everything over the line as smoothly and as quickly as possible!

From the first viewing, to the many back and forth’s with various questions, plus their polite persistence with solicitors. We’d happily go to them if/when we ever decide to sell…although that won’t be anytime soon!

Having never sold before, and after hearing stories of people with mixed experiences from family and friends across the country, I had vagues ideas of what the best and worst cases could be. Fortunately for me, Dybles were fantastic. From the valuation, with no pressure, and a genuine impression of wanting to get a good outcome for me, through to completion, they communicated impeccably, honestly and in a timely fashion. We had issues in the chain, and Dybles were quick to communicate with updates when they arrived and to keep me in the loop. They handled it and made the sale happen smoothly Special call out to Jack, sales director, who’s just a great guy. Also to Matt who was super helpful. 100% recommended
