I rented through Enfields Shirley for over 2 years, Emily was my property manager and she was amazing, she always resolved any queries or maintenance for the flat in a speedy manner, I would highly recommend Enfields services.
The agents of Enfields are awful. They are always on annual leave and there is no one to follow up our case. I currently have a renting contract with Enfields. At the end of April this year, I asked for a change of contract and the request was confirmed. But there has been no progress for over a month. There was never an update or an explanation in the delay. I sent a chasing email again on last Saturday and there is still no reply. Now the existing contract expired and I am asked to pay rent again for at least two months which costs more than £2,000. That amount could have been saved if the change of contract was completed in time.
I have worked with Adrian for over ten years on my property portfolio and am very pleased with the service he provides. He is always very friendly, professional and available and finds great tenants for my properties. I have never been let down once and if there is ever a problem, he works to solve it right away. He is very experienced and knowledgeable on the Southampton and Eastleigh areas and a credit to the industry.

Staff are very friendly, with quick responses to my emails. They we’re amazing and very supportive when sorting my move to a different property after the landlord pulled out 5 days before the move(no fault of Enfields). India answered every email/query quickly and very friendly …no matter how silly I thought the question might be, ever email got a response. They went above and beyond, even printed my parking permit for me on move in day and on my second day when I couldn’t work out the hot water they sent someone out to assist me within the hour. Best estate agents I’ve used so far!
Louise at Enfields is absolutely brilliant - so responsive to questions, proactive, and found us a new tenant very quickly. Enfields were actually recommended to us by a previous tenant! We will certainly be using them again in the future.
We found Louise and her whole team really proactive, professional and easy to deal with. They communicated everything very promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We got offers to rent our flat quickly, but sadly 2 sets of tenants let us down. The team was undaunted in finding quick replacements.
