I would give 6 stars out of 5 if this was possible. I have just moved into a new flat thanks to how professionally Manns and Manns operate. They've been extremely helpful, friendly and competent -- particularly since I was moving from abroad, which led to additional hurdles in the process of credit checks, address checks, right to rent checks and so on. Sandy, in particular, went above and beyond and was like a guardian angel throughout what is normally a stressful process. She even called the Home Office and chased the Lettings Hub on my behalf. I rented flats two times in the past, with different agencies, and I also tried to find my flat this time through at least six different agencies, so I feel like I have a good overview of how they operate. None of these even get close to what Manns and Manns offer. This is like being promoted to flying first class at no extra cost.

Throughout the whole sales process, Nick was fantastic... Positive, friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, pro active and professional, he really knows his stuff! Having had a poor experience with another local agent whilst marketing our home in Netley Abbey, Manns were like a breath of fresh air and made the whole experience as smooth and as stress free as possible. We were impressed with the fantastic 360 camera tour technology they have invested in, it brought our home to life beautifully and definitely makes a huge difference to gaining viewings. As soon as Manns started marketing our home we were happy with the service and level of viewings, and it didn't take too long to get offers... wish we'd used them from the start. Alison on sales progression is great, she is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring, a lovely lady. Overall a excellent service from Manns, would thoroughly recommend them.
I completed a house purchase yesterday on property being sold by Manns & Manns. The Agent and Admin staff (Helen and Anita) were wonderful to deal with and made the process much easier than I expected. Super efficient, helpful, responsive and fast in dealing with all my queries. They were also lovely people to deal with. If I was selling a peoperty I would not hesitate to instruct this company.
