   I have just secured rental of a flat in a building I really wanted to live in and I have had the best service from Brook, he has been kind and patient all the way through the application and reassured me all the way through, I haven’t rented for a while and have needed a bit of help and reassurance and Brook has been fantastic. Every person in the office that have taken my calls have been warm and friendly and my questions have been answered quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wren and the team, thankyou Brook for your kindness and patience you have been amazing

   We have recently used Wren Lettings to help us find somewhere to rent in Bournemouth. We were helped by Brook who, from the day he showed us around the flat to the day we moved in and beyond, has been unfailingly professional and personable, he never made us feel inferior for being tenants rather than owners.    I 100% recommend this agency! I needed to leave my ex partners house as fast as possible, and the search for places to rent as a single mum of two, was taking it’s toll on me! Until one day I decided to cross the road and visit the agency, I asked about 2 bedrooms and the lady very kindly said “we don’t take requests in person, all our enquiries are made online”. I said thank you, and was on my way out. I might of looked devastated, because really, I was! She said “wait” what are your circumstances? I explained, and very promptly she decided to help me, saying there would be a property available soon. I did the whole process and I got to move to my own home with my girls. This lady and Marcus were so kind to me, and maybe for them they were just doing their job, but for me they were giving me my life back! I have been very happy since I moved! Any issues the agency takes care of everything instantly, good communication! I used to hear horrible stories about state agencies, but not all agencies are bad! 100% recommend!
