   I have stayed here for 6 months or so while the flat was new and our stay was good but it is not worth the money. I was paying rent of £995 per month and got this flat rented by company called Green point living. Energy cost was very high even though Green point living claimed these houses are high energy efficient. I was paying gas bill of £245 per month in winter, only for heating and hot water. And in summer it was around £140. Final stroke was when I moved out of this apartment. The landlord (Green point living) claimed that I need to pay around £1220 for redecorating and cleaning etc, for this I had to raise dispute which is yet to be settled as of today. So I am yet to get my deposit £1148 from Green point living. My advice is don’t rent this flat. Period. I have attached some photos taken while I was moving out
