   It was the worst experience for us today. My wife had been waiting a long time to watch Christmas Karma, and we were really excited. Instead, we ended up with tickets for Keepar. I don’t know how the staff heard Keepar instead of Christmas Karma. We even asked for premium tickets because we were so excited for the movie. I told my wife we should ask them to change the tickets, but she said the staff seemed rude and it wouldn’t work. I’m writing this bad review because I want the owner to know that staff should double-check with the customer before taking the payment and confirming the movie. I will never come back here again and will not suggest this place to any of my friends. We didn’t check the name of the movie on the ticket, and that was my fault—but I trusted that they booked the correct show for us. I wish to get my refund but hopefully It will not work.

   I had a fantastic time at Showcase Cinema. The seats were super comfy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the movie. The sound and picture quality were excellent too. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

   First time at Vue Eastleigh for the Superman Hero Screening. Ticket price was decent, but the “VIP seats” were just regular seats with wider arms — uncomfortable and not worth the upgrade, especially when they were sticky. The biggest letdown was the staff. We arrived early and got a snarky comment about being “too early.” When we asked about the free comic, both the staff and the manager were clueless, rolled their eyes, and said it was “below their pay grade.” Later, when comics were finally being handed out, they claimed we needed an email to collect one, even though the terms and conditions clearly said a valid booking or email. My ticket should have been sufficient as proof. Won’t be rushing back — I’d rather pay more for Odeon. Staff and manager need proper training and should know their own terms and conditions.

   Vue Cinema at the Swan Centre in Eastleigh is a fantastic spot for a family movie outing! The venue is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the screens & sound quality are top-notch. We’ve had some great experiences here, and the kids absolutely love it. They’re already excited and counting down the days to come back and watch Sonic 3 here.... it’s become their favourite cinema! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable cinema experience.

   I have been watching movies here for years, and whenever I go, it always seems empty. When I went recently, the main entrance where you purchase your tickets and buy food smelled of cabbage ! I noticed the pick a mix was low and lot not available. The cinema was clean and comfortable enough to enjoy watching the movie.

   Cinema was quiet, Monday afternoon. Screen 8 seemed clean,.Good sound system. Enjoyed Tom Hanks in Otto. Don't think he could make a bad film. Worth a Vue!

   Nice clean cinema with amazing screen and sound. Very good value for the money. The 2d projections are a bargain starting at £5 if you buy the ticket online. The 3d are a bit more expensive. The popcorn is crunchy and the nachos are delicious. The staff is very professional too.

   Clean, tidy, friendly service. Sometimes the ad comes without volume but then later when the movie starts the volume is very loud or perhaps appears that way when you watch almost 20’ of silent advertisement. All together a good cinema with parking just underneath. The staff is wearing masks. The loos are clean and a huge selection of sweets sadly ;-) Highly recommend if you like a child friendly,clean and uncomplicated cinema experience with extremely comfortable seats.
