   I wish I could give zero starts. Extremely disappointing experience. Had a viewing for one of the properties at Aberdeen and arrived 10 minutes late to find the agent left. When called the office, the lady on the phone said she will check if they can come back but left us on the street without calling back and I had to call her back only to find out that no one will come show us the property. The agent didn't even call me like all other agencies to check if I was late. The viewing is supposed to be for 20 minutes so, the agent leaving after 10 minutes is completely unacceptable. Won't be viewing any properties advertised by Ledingham again.

   This company held up the paperwork in relation to my father's estate after his death to drive up their fees. They employed bad communication deliberately to ensure they could charge more. They exploited the worst time of our lives to line their own pockets. They took nearly 2 years for a simple settlement which only added to the emotional burden. Cannot express in words how upsetting this has been for our family. Do yourself a favour and find someone else to handle your buisness. Highly do not recommend.

   It's unfortunate that despite being my leasing agents for 15 years and having charged thousands of pounds of agent fees, I recently received a terrible service as soon as I chose another company to sell my house over the last 2 months. Living abroad, it was a nightmare to get a response to my mails or even phone calls. There is no accountability from leasing consultants all the way up to the manager. When I did get through on the phone after days of chasing, I was confronted with rude staff. My house is already sold but the leasing team is holding onto the deposit of the previous tenant. I've sent multiple emails to settle the deposit after necessary Deductions but there is no response from the manager or the team. It's obvious that there is little interest from partners to make any improvements in working on the deteriorating quality. I won't recommend Leddingham Chalmers for leasing or selling property.

   I dealt with a number of the LC team over a period of about 12 months. They took care of my affairs covering bereavement, settling of estates and home sale. Fantastic service, very prompt with minimal fuss, which was exactly what was required during a hugely stressful time. Will 100% be using them again in the future.

After the bereavement of my father Phyllis Garden and her team were not only utterly amazing in taking complete control with the legalities of our bereavement which was such a relief to the family. But more so the empathy and kindness they showed us was truly overwhelming and we could never thank them enough.

   We’ve used Ledingham Chalmers estate agency team to buy and sell property twice over the years - both times the advice given has been spot on and we came away feeling we had a good deal for the homes we’d bought and sold. The team at Golden Square Wealth Management were very helpful in guiding us through the mortgage process, finding the right on that works well for us.
