Went to trespass to finally get myself a couple of coats and one of your staff were so lovely and seemed genuinely excited to help and went above and beyond to help me with sizing and how I could fold them best for travelling too!!! Never been in there if you see me then you would see why, I'm not a person for the camping experience although I would sumise that it's a good shop if that's your bag.
I had been looking for a warm winter coat to replace one that was now too big. I had visited all the usual outdoor shops and the colours of all the ladies' coats of any description were so dull! Trespass in Basingstoke had some really brightly coloured ladies' coats and I easily found one that was not only insulated but waterproof too. The lady who served us was very helpful and gave advice on the best size for me. I could not be happier with the service that I received in this store and I am delighted with my bright red insulated and waterproof coat. Well done, Trespass!
Great staff - looked after a mobile phone I "lost" in store - I can't thank them enough! Great place for outdoor clothing too - the place is always clean & tidy. All covid precautions sensibly taken.
Great camping store. Prices can be a little high, but they keep last seasons stock on display a lot longer than other places (on v good discounts). Staff are helpful, even for finding additional sale items. Thoroughly recommend for DoE/Scout Awards expedition clothing. Tents, would still go for Black's own brand.
