My club has used Serious Sport for its kit for a number of years and always been satisfied. Recently placed a large order to update kit and for new members and again very happy with turn around time on the order and quality of kit provided, especially our “baggy green” proper cricket caps.
After looking extensively for a new kit supplier I came across serious sport after arranging a call from them they set about getting the best deal for us and creating our online store after deciding what we would require they did everything with ease from the logos, sponsors and panelling on the shirts I was able to create our own bespoke ware also after approving all these they had every thing in place to allow our club shop to go live, after receiving the club ware we are all as a club over the moon and hopefully now the rest of team have seen them they will all purchase some more gear we received also some custom stumps which look incredible would highly recommend them to any one looking for a new kit supplier
I cannot compliment Serious Sports enough.... Our AFHC tour shirts are absolutely amazing. From first contact, to design, to ordering was so simple. The quick turnaround to delivery was impressive. Definitely recommend these guys and will certainly use again. Will post photos after the tour.
Horrendous customer service. Inadequate information on their sales pages with no warning every item is different and can vary up to 3 sizes. No offer of any compensation due to it being personalised not even free postage and a sassy attitude from the cantankerous lady looking after customer service.
Great customer service! They accidentally sent the wrong size for my order, but they immediately got back to me and sent a new one within 24 hours so it still arrived before Christmas. As it was a customized order, the original could not be sent back. Big thanks to Joe!

The customer service here is excellent. Received the wrong logo on the stuff I ordered and just simply let me keep it and sent out replacements with the right logo, no questions asked or any hassle. Got it in 2 days or so of making a phone call.
Great shop if you need anything yo do with Cricket. Very knowledgeable staffs. Definitely recommend.
