   I've been renting with R and R Rentals for this academic year, and the experience has been far better than when I lived in university halls. The landlord is approachable, helpful, and always quick to sort out any issues. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The office staff are also brilliant. The girls in the office are friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. Whether it’s paperwork or maintenance, things get done quickly and smoothly, which makes a huge difference as a student. I genuinely feel looked after here, and because of that, I plan on staying with R and R Rentals until I finish university. They've made renting easy and stress-free, and I’d definitely recommend them to other students or anyone looking for reliable accommodation.

   Being a late starter to university, one thing I have always looked for when viewing student properties is a spacious setting that could hold all the possessions from my previous homes. In that aspect, R&R has been perfect for my needs. I've spent the past two years in one of their accommodations, living comfortably through both the learning semesters, and holidays. Nick has been a very gracious and friendly landlord, who has made my stay here exceptional. Furthermore, Becky and Aneesah are wonderful members of the team, who have always been at hand whenever I had a question or request. I recommend R&R to anyone looking for premium grade student housing.

   I’ve lived with R&R for the past two years and overall it’s been a great experience. They provide the best accommodation in Derby. One of the standout features is their free summer storage option. It made moving between academic years incredibly smooth. Even better, they deliver your belongings directly to your room before you return, taking a lot of the stress out of the process. The landlord and staff have also been fantastic, friendly, responsive and always willing to help with any issues that come up. R&R has definitely made student living more comfortable and convenient. I’d recommend their properties to anyone looking for reliable, student friendly accomodation.

   I’ve lived in a number of R&Rs properties over the last 6 years. Right from the outset I’ve thoroughly enjoyed renting from them. The team are very professional and always around to fix any problems that arise in a timely and respectful manner. The renting process is super easy with them, making the whole student experience easier! The properties provide students the perfect home away from home - I truly cannot recommend them and their outstanding service enough!

   As a Landord myself. I know only too well how you want your children to feel safe in their student accommodation. Nick and his team are very professional and could not do enough for us. Nick even picked my daughter up from the train station with all her belongings. Then once we were checked in, the room was immaculately clean. It was a gated development and my daughter had the best time ever living here. Once my son starts uni I will most certainly be contacting Nick and his team.

   Lived with R&R for 3 years whilst studying. The houses I moved into were always spacious, clean and ideal for students as it was very central to campus as well as being close to town. Where I lived was part of a gated set of houses which meant that I always felt safe whilst being able to enjoy a student based atmosphere, however with the houses all being spacious I also had my own privacy and space to study. The landlord Nick was always very approachable and easy to talk, he also was always on hand to assist with any problems. I couldn’t recommend R&R enough!

   Have lived in one of their properties for the last 2 years and can’t fault them at all. Always available to contact whether this was in person or electronic. Nick is such an amazing landlord will do everything possible to ensure that you and your property is safe, he is super friendly and will stop and char with you at all times. Becky also just as amazing as she would reply to emails as quick as possible to ensure that no confusion or issues occur. I would highly recommend this company for a student who isn’t too keen on living in student halls
