   This agency is extremely greedy and unreasonable when it comes to money. From the very beginning, they collected £550 in “application fees,” yet the property we moved into was in a terrible state. The cellar was a mess, the garden was in an absolute mess, the fence was falling off, and even the garden door was falling apart. During our tenancy, we actually improved the garden, but when it came time to leave, they still refused to refund our deposit. Even our next-door neighbour has complained about them over and over again, which shows this is not an isolated issue. They also pile on extra charges, such as tenancy renewal fees, making it very clear they only care about squeezing money out of tenants. Only desperate people — like we were at the time — would rent from them, because they just rip people off. They did not secure our tenancy in a tenant deposit scheme. They failed to give us relevant energy rating and other certifications when we started renting. If there was zero star, I would surely rate them that. I mean they claim to be ‘award winning estate specialist’, however they are just people who rip desperate people off! They literally do the bare minimum and say they are ‘gracious’! I have attached photos of how we met the garden and cellar. Attached are other relevant photos. If you are looking for a house and probably considering using them, I have one word for you ‘RUN’

   ★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I booked an apartment with Platinum Estates online from abroad, based on the photos they posted. Unfortunately, when I arrived and collected the keys, the apartment was completely different from what was advertised. The carpets were old, the walls hadn’t been painted, and the toilet was dirty. I took photos of everything and sent them to the management immediately. I asked them to clean the apartment, replace the carpet, and repaint the walls, but nothing was done. Throughout my tenancy, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They also always insisted on fixed-term agreements and charged renewal fees every year, which felt unreasonable. The most disappointing part was when I moved out—they deducted my entire deposit despite the condition of the property when I first moved in and despite the issues I had reported. Overall, I had a very bad experience and felt extremely let down. I would not recommend Platinum Estates based on what I went through.

   After renting a property off BBJ for years and being really happy, the property I was renting was then handed to the management of Platinum. It all went down hill from there. I had a small leak which took months to be repaired, no communication from Platinum, had to chase. Leak ended up being really bad and mould growing on it. Washing machine leaked over kitchen floor, rang number, kept getting cut off and directed to VM, was told a leaking washing machine was not an emergency. Ended up fixing myself. Then had the rent increased 3 times in 3 months, attempted to charge me banned fees. I ended up finding a new property to move in to due to how rude Pindi is and the treatment I received. After 5 years of being an exceptional tenant, always paying the rent and keeping the property in outstanding condition, I left my home as there was no way I wanted to be living in a property managed by this company. I wonder if the landlord even knows how they have been treating their tenants. I would opt for no star rating, but to be able to post I have to select at least 1. I would advise - Do not rent from this estate agent.

   Platinum Estates have managed my UK portfolio for over 12 years - as an active investor, the team have assisted me with several purchases ensuring I achieve the best yield possible. They are trustworthy, cooperative and have exceptional property expertise. I’ve never had any arrears, very rarely had void periods between occupancies and my properties are maintained and marketed perfectly. I highly recommend Platinum Estates with no hesitation.

   Absolutely the worst agency of all, they don’t work properly at all. If you ask for anything the straight response is that not our work. Did cut money from the deposit with a handwritten bill and signed by god know who, i wish i could attach the bill here but doesn’t give me an option. Never ever go to them wait for sometime to get a house than to go here

   I have two properties in the The Park (Nottingham) and I required a new agent to take over the management so I contacted Platinum Estates. They arranged a rental valuation on both properties within 3 days and immediately listed the property on the market. Both properties have successfully been let to professional tenants who are taking great care of their new homes. I have referred a few people I know that also have portfolios in Nottingham to Platinum Estates and would highly recommend to all.

   I agreed with other tenants reviews on this unprofessional and appallingly run ‘business’. I have never experienced such terrible and insulting service and was made to feel like an inconvenience for the duration of the six month tenancy. None of the faults were ever attended to in the six months and when viewings were being arranged for new tenants the email correspondence was threatening and rude and simply unreasonable. No one ever called back and hid behind email replies and over the six months the experience had a very negative effect on myself and my partner. I would recommend that no one uses this company, they don’t deserve to have decent tenants the way they treat people.

The referencing process was very clearly explained before we paid our holding deposit and then they completed a fast turnaround to ensure that we could collect the keys for our chosen date.    From the moment we moved in to the flat in Nottingham, to the moment we left trying to get our deposit back, Platinum Estates has been unprofessional, slow in resolving matters and uncooperative. I would avoid leasing through this company unless you want more stress added to your life. I am glad I have moved out of the Nottingham area so that I never have to deal with them again. FYI, they put you on an assured tenancy so that they don't have to protect your deposit and will try to deduct as much as they can. Make sure you take pictures and note the condition of the property when moving in and moving out so that you have evidence to rebut their claims - we did this and after almost a month of moving out, we finally got our full deposit back,
