It's my local so it will be used most often but it's very much notice that your not in a purpose built odeon that layout is all wrong, screens to seats too far and not big enough and it feels more like a big tv experience rather than engage night out.

A fantastic cinema experience. Tucked in to the high street discreetly we had to google where it was but once found we were pleasantly surprised. We booked the Gabby Dollhouse movie for our 3 and 6 year old, there was a creative table in the entrance with colouring in and activities for the kids whilst we waited (as we arrived early) and when we were greeted and showed our tickets my daughter was given some Gabby Dollhouse ears (headband) which made her day. They loved the selection of treats in the pick and mix and we were delighted to be offered a booster seat so my daughter could actually sit in a seat on her own and see! Great movie but most of all fantastic service and effort from the team in Salisbury. They were helping families to their seats and carrying snacks etc for people that didn’t have hands free. Highly recommend and cheaper than our other nearest cinema in Bournemouth. We will be back!

As a local cinema in a wonderful building it could be a great experience, but the last few times I’ve regretted it and most recently, walked out 15 minutes into the F1 movie. The sole reason being that the chairs are terribly uncomfortable and in the case of the F1 movie I wanted to enjoy it but it was WAY too loud, to the point the audio was distorted. I left and will visit another cinema where I can enjoy the movie to its potential. I can’t fault the staff here as on every visit they’ve always been friendly and attentive, but the aging furnishings let it down.

Fabulous building and inexpensive tickets. The screens aren't huge, and the standard seats could be more comfortable, but for £5 we weren't complaining. There are some better seats (for a bit extra) in the front few rows, which we will probably use in the future (as the screen is not so big).

An amazing building, great place to experience a film. Run of the mill seating, comfortable and clean. Not accessable friendly. Two flights of stairs to get into auditorium. No nearby parking.

Film was good, Whitney. Staff member was personable, seats comfy but started getting uncomfortable by the end.

Went to watch Avitar in 3 d Complained to staff before it started that picture was too dark. Nothing done and when we put on glasses it was much darker. Film was spoilt because we could not see details properly. Total waste of money. Suggest you go and watch St another cinema.

Comfortable seats, acceptable display quality, sound good, friendly staff all in a historic building. One issue in screen 2 is the ceiling spot light that is in your eyes, it would be so easy to fix this but despite comments they haven't

What a tremendous medieval building. Ellie I think was her name, she was disobliging when asked to be seated on an end in row G she placed us in the middle on row E and was uncivil. The screen was smaller and for some of the screening I could hear another movie playing. I think including the 20% vat it is now a bit over priced. This cinema wouldn't be my first choice of ones to go to.
