   Well where should I start with abode burton… Let’s narrow it down, rude unprofessional, absolutely no people skills whatsoever. Left me with a broken shower for 7 months. Broken back door for 4 months.. To the point where I said I’ll pay one months rent when my showed fixed! They soon did it however then has the audacity to chase me for money? I waited 7 months! They rang my gurantors 70 year olds and was unpleasant and rude to them and threatened them with courts and affecting credit scores! DPS.. trying to take every single penny for petty things, toilet seats? Unaware I replaced all 3 when moved in.. the landlord has sold the house so when it came to leaving they gave me a bad review in result to me leaving the home and then told me to rent another and pretend I hadn’t rented before.. (professional hey). Because I lost the home I needed an extension l. I was refused and then told I will be taken to court and also my in laws again at 70 year olds and will have to pay all fees ect.. A widowed mother of 2 young children! After speaking to numerous amount of people I have been told that there experience with abode wasn’t much difference. I guess I’m just gonna say VILE!

   Having recently completed on a house sale with the team at Abode sales. I can highly recommend their services. Polite, professional and always super quick to respond to enquiries. They will always go the extra mile in trying to get a sale over the line. A Special shout out has to go to Rebecca who was really fantastic to deal with. Always the calm voice of reason in what has the potential to be a very stressful process. Thanks so much guys. We would definitely use you again when the time comes

   Very unprofessional experience I had. When I rent the flat there was a lady called Beth. After 6 month she told me the property is going to sell to another person and that would not affect to our tenancy . After few days she disappeared and mailed me a lady name Kerry and she told me the new owner asked us to leave the property before 15 th of September. That was July. And they broke the promise. Then we found a property and let that woman to we are leaving the property 8 th of September and she told me we should give a notice to leave and need to pay until 15 th of September. If they asked us to leave the property why should we give a notice period? After that we came to a new house and asked the deposit about Kerry and she never replied to me.Then I phoned to the branch and mailed me a man called Brandon. Then he said I need to wait until they receive the cleaning quotation and the hoover was missing. I was fedup with this agent. Because there was a hoover and we never use it. But he said there wasn’t a hoover there. Finally after a month they deducted 220£ from 801.92£ and I got 581.92£. It was very unfair. Time to time contacting different people and they are very unprofessional. Abode is a garbage get away from them.

   Five stars and a honourable mention to Michaela Lees. Michaela has made the sales process (to date) seamless. She's made what is usually a rather stressful life event, rather easy. Not only did she recommend an excellent mortgage advisor (Anna Bradshaw at The Mortgage Experts), she has been very efficient, available and effective throughout the process. Michaela genuinely cares about her clients and it shows it how she engages herself. If I were to sell again, I would seek out Michaela. 100% recommend.
