   Hannell’s were selling my buyers home and due to the fact they didn’t do due diligence on my purchasers purchaser when she said she was a cash buyer ( which she wasn’t) the whole process took over 6 mths and costs us all thousands of pounds. Be aware.

   our purchase house was listed by Hannells and they did a wonderful job in terms of service, friendliness and attitude. As we didn't have an estate agent involved in selling our old house, we had to lean on them a bit for advice and support. Highly recommended, the best people in the whole chain to deal with, including our solicitors (which of course we were paying for). Sara Walker-Bradley in after sales is mustard.
