   Zayne helped my wife and me move to the States, shipping a wide range of belongings including bikes, crockery, furniture, boxes, and paintings. Out of the eight shipping companies we spoke with, he was the only one who got every detail exactly right in the quote and at a reasonable price. That really set the tone for what would turn out to be an extremely impressive service. His communication was first-class throughout the process, (quick and always answered all my quesions). The team arrived on time to pack and load our belongings, and everything arrived on schedule and in perfect condition, not so much as a chipped glass. Zayne took what could have been a stressful and complicated experience and made it easy, for which I’m extremely grateful. Moving countries is stressful enough, and his professionalism made all the difference. 5 stars are not enough!

   From start to end, the whole moving experience from London to California was very professional. Zayn was in constant contact and replied to any questions and queries swiftly. Even when we were co-ordinating with the associated moving company in the U.S. he assisted with clarifying details. 5 stay service from coordination, packing, transport, insurance, drop off, unpacking and follow up. all at a competitive price.

   I recently used Cos Freight to help me with my international move from UK to Brisbane, Australia and I can honestly say that they did an excellent job. From the start, they were professional and courteous. They were timely and flexible when it came to scheduling, and they were willing to work around my busy schedule. The movers were also very careful and efficient with packing and loading my belongings. They worked hard and took extra care to make sure that everything was properly secured. Nothing was damaged during the move and everything arrived safe and sound at my new place. They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on how to move my things safely. I really appreciate all of their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to move.

   Zayn Ahmed of CosFreight masterminded our move from Accokeek in Maryland USA to Brighton UK with competitive and well-planned arrangements. He coordinated with a US firm, avoiding extra costs suggested by them, provided temporary storage at the CosFreight warehouse until our Brighton house was ready, and had a nice friendly crew to deliver and unload the consignment to a 4-storey townhouse in Brighton. Zayn’s communications throughout the move were excellent - prompt, clear and informative. I happily recommend Zayn and CosFreight to all those making international house moves.

   I genuinely cannot fault the experience I had using Cos Freight. From providing an initial quote, to being able to accommodate our house move when we had to bring the date forward so we only had a week to set everything up. I highly recommend the packing offer, Matteo and his team were SO fast, and on moving day they were quick and efficient. I'd give 10/10 and will definitely recommend them moving forward.    Cos Freight were amazing when we moved a long distance out of London this year. They even managed to include our 5 fish tanks and buckets of all of our goldfish in the van along with the rest of our belongings, and everything was in one piece on the other side! Also, a large rug was mistakenly packed in the van that wasn't ours, but they were able to return it to the estate agents of our previous flat without any additional cost, which saved us a huge amount of money and hassle trying to post it back. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others, very happy customers (and fish!).

   Cos Freight were fantastic and helped remove the stress of the physical house move with great speed, attention and a smile from the team. Chelsea was great with the initial virtual viewing via video call and the consisitency in updates and information. The overall team were super helpful on the 2 days, 1 day to pack, 1 day to move plus I added the cleaning service as part of moving out, money well worth paying for the 5 bed house. We didnt get the key to the new house from the estate agent until late in the day, however, the team were patient and then very efficient to get everything in as well as always checking in if everything was set up correctly and in the right place. Great value, super communication and an overall fantastic service that I highly recommend - and, if ever needed, I will use again.

   Everything was ran so well from Cos Freight, from quotation to actual move date. They provided a great price which included a lot of things that others didn't want to such as parking costs and congestion charges. The price was also fixed which made it stress free in case of delays. On the day, the guys that helped move were very friendly, careful and professional. They didn't have any problems with going above and beyond and providing extra packing material when needed. They took good care of our new place, they even helped move things that weren't part of the actual job. I couldn't recommend them enough. Don't hesitate to use their service.
