Diabolical. If you are making a customer service training video give them a call and speak to Ben Machado. Then you can show your students how 'not' to speak to customers.
Absolutely woeful. They fail to collect then they fail to deliver. Poor communication, constantly lying about everything. Their catch-phrase is "15 minutes" away. All the drivers say the same thing-the management is non-existent. The online booking system is pointless as nobody monitors it. The worst freight company I have ever used. They also refuse to pay their drivers over time so they're pretty much forced to work for free to get their poorly-managed drops fulfilled.
Worked here during covid started of well with sanitizer and sometimes masks got furloughed for a few months came back and was worse no health@safety no sanitizer no hot water to wash your hands no cleaning of mhe canteen is basic no drinking water and my p45+2 p60s i was promised I was being sent have still not been sent and that was 3 months ago people I worked with were great shame the owners don't give a toss!!! I left due to the fact I didn't fancy catching covid
i worked one day for them and did not get payed i have phoned i have sent emails and nothing and when i do get someone all i get is i will get someone to phone back and still nothing
Very bad employee. No contracts, late salary not paid holidays, they don't giving you proper training and after cheating you.
