   Been a while since we've been. The no.1 screen is a good size and on this cold day it was nice and warm. Excellent sound though I actually thought it was louder than it needed to be. I don't normally think that in a cinema. Seating could perhaps do with a refresh as the seat, for me, felt very soft.

   Establishment was not aware of Autism or ADHD. The assistant dog was not able to go in, until manager called. Even then, he would not accept what I showed him online or policy of discrimination. The child I was with got extremely distressed. It is so hard for people whose mind is wired differently to understand the problem. The child said he felt disrespected. No apology was offered to him at all. The manager checked online to see that this was allowed. Should be the same as a person who is blind with a dog. Just because you don’t see the disability does not mean they are ok. He was distraught and a meltdown happened! Of course we were right. I asked for a refund as the child couldn’t cope no longer in this situation. He had come such a long way to get to this point and now knocked backwards. The manager was condescending and argumentative. He said to me how can he be expected to know everything….surely if you are a manager you should know this. The dog has been to cafes, chemist and PO etc. I despair with the discrimination of Autism. No compassion, understanding or compensation. Surely, a free bowl would be the minimum. Shocking! He will never be able to step foot in there again….a beautiful sense of justice!

   We have been coming to CineBowl for a few years and wow what a great asset to Uttoxeter it is. Cinema, bowling, skating, pizza and the best hot chocolate ever so whats not to love. We have made some amazing friends from skating, where we are all ages and abilities which is lovely. The staff are so friendly and the turnover of staff seems to be very low so credit to CineBowl. Keep up the great work guys and no doubt see you very soon. Thanks The Tsang’s xx

   This cinema is a fantastic spot for movie lovers. Recently renovated, it boasts a modern, comfortable atmosphere with plush seating that makes it easy to settle in for a long film. The picture quality is impressive, with crisp visuals that bring every scene to life, and the sound system is excellent, fully immersing you in the experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall visit. It’s clear they’ve put thought into every detail to ensure a top-notch cinematic experience. I would highly recommend this cinema to anyone looking for a premium movie experience—definitely worth a visit!

   Had fun but the ice skating was really poor, overcrowded and overpriced! the ice was like skating on corrugated roofing as it was very poorly maintained and dangerous! The ice is not looked after, The rink was very small and there were too many people to skateh safely. We were very disappointed to pay over £30 for 2 skaters when our local rink is only £8.50 per skater for a high quality Olympic sized rink. Sorry but you need to do better

   No stars I'm afraid. Avatar was absolutely brilliant. However, the venue was unheated and bloody freezing! And the film was 3 hours long! Will have to think hard about recommending this cinema to anyone!

   Went to a staff Christmas party here and I have to say, it's a small place but it felt great. The bowling lane we had (lane 4) kept breaking. It did take staff some time to fix this, we had to move lanes but each time it took 5-10 minutes to sort, would have been nice if they communicated why it was breaking so we could avoid it happening again and again so that we didn't take more time away from the staff serving at the bar to fix our lane/s. Not sure how many people work there normally but I saw 4 people there at a busy Christmas party.

   In screen 2, there is a really distracting problem with either the screen not being clean or the projector lens contamination. - A light grey speckled effect evident when the screen illuminated fully white/bright. My TV screen is better. The seating is poor too, does not recline and leg room inadequate.

   Come here with my grandchildren when they're visiting me. Staff always friendly & helpful. Always tickets available for films. Good clean toilets. Disability lift. Nice seating area upstairs. Downsides.... Ice skating rink is small. Food & drink very pricey!!! (Member of male staff said f**k quite loudly next to my grandchildren & me!)
