There's a lot of great alternatives out there for your children to learn music that will have a far more caring and personalized touch. The nameless person at the other end of the email address wants your money whether it not your satisfied with their service or not. There's no room for negotiation in the ruthless business of children's education.
My granddaughter aged almost 10 yrs has just started piano lessons with Yu. She is a complete beginner but Yu is encouraging and each week she looks forward to her lesson with enthusiasm.
