I had a great experience at Screwfix thanks to Andy! He went above and beyond to help me find the right toilet seat, even when it wasn’t straightforward. His patience, knowledge, and friendly attitude made the whole process so much easier. Really appreciate the excellent customer service—thank you, Andy!

Extremely rude guy at the counter called Nasim. I couldn’t check in on the app for a collection due to some error on the app so I was waiting by the Collection counter. He was standing at the next counter and telling me ‘No one will help you if you keep standing there’. I told him that the app didn’t work, he didn’t even bother apologising. Can’t understand these huge companies not training their employees well enough.

Well placed. Friendly staff. Limited car parking. I have been in here a few times. Never had any problems all the products are good quality. Recommend to anyone who needs to get something really quickly. Order before you arrive.

Alright as a back up to Toolstation. Only 2 stars as when you order online, you get an email saying it is ready for collection, but it never is, they go and pick it once you arrive leaving you queuing with everyone else. Toolstation next door have orders picked and ready for you, much better service.

Well organised team at this branch, some team members seem to have been there for ages which is nice because they recognise me. Jack's customer service skills are above and beyond what I would expect and they always have enough stock here. A well managed store.
