   I'm currently housesitting for my sister near Southampton and whilst here my elderly dog injured himself. I did not have means to get him to a vet so posted in a local Facebook group asking for anyone who knew of taxis in the are that would transport pets to a vet. Diana kindly offered to assist me by taking my dog and I to a local vet. I cannot explain my gratitude for her kindness. When you're away from home and something goes wrong with your pet, it can be extremely stressful, first trying to find a vet and if you also don't have suitable transport, trying to find a service that will transport pets for you (I'm gobsmacked at how difficult that is!). Knowing there are still people out there willing to help someone in need gives me some faith in humanity. It is clear to see that Diana absolutely loves animals. Thank you for helping Shaka Diana, your kindness will not be forgotten.

   I had arranged a surprise visit from animal encounters for my daughter's 8th birthday party. Rachel was brilliant with the children and made my daughter's day really special. I had read the reviews and knew that we were all in for a treat but Rachel and the beautiful creatures were beyond our expectations. The experience was worth every penny and put the biggest smile on all our faces.
