We went on the 30th of November and had the best time. My partner was a little worried to walk the Alpaca but Charlotte and the other girls put us at ease. We had great chats and laughs whilst on the walk and it was a lovely chilled experience! We are already wanting to come again and bring family. Big shoutout to Ajax as well who was such a loving sweet boy! Thank you for a lovely day!!!

We had such a fantastic time on our alpaca walk with Caroline yesterday! She was incredibly informative and clearly passionate about what she does, sharing so many interesting facts along the way. Beyond that, she was just a genuinely lovely lady who made the whole experience feel warm and relaxed. Highly recommend thank you, Caroline! It was a pleasure walking with lovely Nigel Emma from Lyndhurst

We really enjoyed our morning with Hensting Alpacas. It was booked as a birthday treat and it was such a relaxing and memorable experience. The alpacas were so calming and gentle and well-looked after. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We had an interesting introductory talk and then walked the alpacas through a contained space at Itchen Valley. There were opportunities to feed the alpacas. The whole experience was about an hour and a half. I would recommend walking with alpacas as something different to do and I would use Hensting Alpacas again.

Fantastic wall we had this morning! The staff were lovely, chatty, and so caring to the alpacas. The walk started off with them telling us all about alpacas then we each got our alpaca and started our walk! We stopped twice to feed them treats and got to bond with them and take some cute pictures. The walk was gorgeous walking in nature! At the end we fed more alpacas (the females that didn’t join us on the walk) and then went we concluded by looking around their little alpaca shop. You can buy alpaca earrings, keychains, gloves, scarfs, hats, crochet wool (to name a few). You can even buy their poop to put in the garden. I’d absolutely go back and recommend it to everyone! Thank you to the team and thanks to my new alpaca friend jasper!

We really enjoyed our experience walking with the alpaca's, staff were brilliant, very informative, which helped with the easy understanding of these cute, friendly animals. Our alpaca was called Ash, beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful 'Alpaca my Picnic' experience yesterday (24th August). The alpaca are calm and so well looked after, it was a pleasure to spend time in their presence. Caroline and Charlotte were so welcoming and knowledgeable, they went out of their way to help our elderly grandparents to make sure they were comfortable and able to enjoy the experience to the fullest. The gift shop was a lovely touch to get a souvenir. Having done the walk previously, and now the picnic, we cannot recommend it highly enough, thank you!
