I joined the beginners aerial hoop course and have felt so welcome! My instructor (Sarah) is really friendly and encouraging, which makes such a difference when building your confidence to learn a new skill.
These guys are great. The teachers are friendly and simply amazing. They create routines that are creative and beautiful, but adapt moves to your level so that you can get the most out of yourself
Love it here, excellent aerial instructors, fair prices for sessions and courses, would recommend to anyone looking to try something different... Aerial is an excellent workout too !
