   A week ago I went to Evri Drop off parcel point on High Street in Irthlingborough (Toni's agents minishop).Very unhappy with Manisha's service.I was 1st in the queue ,but she said that kid who is going to school(but barely held the bottle with a drink and he barely decided what he wants to buy)is first.I was smiling all the time and polite...,then she served another person when it is normally so quick to scan a parcel and to give a receipt.Her 2 mobile phones were broken to scan my parcel.I can understand, that some items such as phones can be faulty/technology problems errors etc. and it happens,but not such a bad attidude towards customer.No apologies...no explanations...no words saying e..g.that she doesn't know how to fix the problem,but if I am in a rush(cos I told her that I am)then I can go to different Evri Drop off Point e.g.to Finedon or that I can just google it.She said with an angry facelook(the same facelook from the start)that she needs to take her son to school right now.When I said to her that she is not nice to me when I am always smiley and nice and polite to her...she said only 'thank you'.No apologies...still waiting for scanning my parcel for a minute or 2 ...then I finally asked her how long it may take to be served...she said she doesn't know with a cold blood.Such a rude behaviour!Previously cos it's the 2nd time,she had the same facelook and gave me an empty receipt...when I asked her that possibly she needs to put sth on it...she said that I can even put my name on it or whatever I want to.Please be careful when dealing with her!Try to avoid this place!I am not normally a moaner and don't waste any time to put a letter complaint...to ruin someone's career,but I think she really deserves it.Thank you for reading this and please do not put hatred /abusive comments towards me below and please try to understand how I felt.Thank you again.
