“When the order arrived and we immediately realised half of the order was missing, our moods plummeted. Especially as it was a special treat for my daughter's birthday. However, we got out the door straight away and tried calling a delivery guy over to ask him about it when another driver pulled up with the rest of the order. The second delivery guy said they realised the first one had picked up the incomplete order and send him with the rest. Truly brilliant service! The mistake was rectified straight away despite it being the middle of a busy period on a Friday night and we all enjoyed our treat together. Food was hot and delish! “Just want to apologise to the delivery driver who said he’d rang, popped back about an hour later after ringing the depot & all good, then my missus who’s having one of her days decided to say she’d seen him come & leave, she didn’t all that was seen was when I noticed the guy leave hence ringing the depot. My pizza and tira misu were gorgeous, but I was a little underwhelmed by my prawn starter otherwise I would have scored 5 stars. My wife and I had starters, mains, shared a dessert and I had 2 drinks and it came to just over £60 so really good value in my opinion Definitely worth a visit”
