“Had a fabulous lunch here. The food is exceptional, as is the service. The waitresses couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. Our main waitress, Gosia, was wonderful. We asked her if we could change a few ingredients in some of the dishes, which wasn't a problem at all. She made sure we had everything we needed, was funny and truly lovely. The ambience and lighting is very warm and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this Zizzi, at Rushden Lakes. 10/10!!!”

“Tommy and Logan were super when we came, didn’t book a table but Logan seated us as quick as he could and Tommy was also lovely. Food comes so quick despite being so busy. “We have been to the restaurant for the first time this evening, and were blown away! The service was 10/10, waitresses so lovely and attentive to us, the food was piping hot, and took us back to our holiday in Italy, it tasted so authentic. “I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. Customer service levels you’ll rarely find elsewhere… absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you!”

“Visiting the area with family, it was a REALLY busy Sunday!! Our waitress Bernie was really efficient and made us feel very welcome. Ordering and service was smooth and seamless, atmosphere in restaurant was nice, its light and nicely decorated with plenty of space between tables, even when super busy we could still hear each other when talking. Food: we ordered Pizzas and Cannelloni with a side salad. Everything came nicely cooked and well presented, I love when you get food exactly as described on the menu. I definitely recommend Pixxa Express if you are shopping at Rushden Lake. Prices are on the higher side but is matched with quality.”

“AMAZING SERVICE! I can't praise them enough, we bought a sofa on Facebook market place but it's too big to get in my car so I had to arrange another method of picking it up so I contacted S&J couriers who were so flexible and polite throughout the whole process, they even kept the seller in the loop to arrange pickup of the sofa and on top of that the seller messaged my wife to how lovely S&J were when picking the sofa up! 1000% would recommend and use again!”
