   Absolutely useless. They hire people that steal your parcels. Giving proof of delivery picture that on the background around the parcel has nothing to do with your address. Clearly laid down on flat surface at the depot. Yet because their GPS tracking shows that it was at my address, that serves as proof it was actually posted through the letter slot? Oh, and if you try to call the depot they will not answer the phone no matter how many times you ring. They are absolutely the worst ! Royal mail... the kings postal service. There was a time when that used to mean something. Clearly not anymore.

   Opening times... Ridiculous. Fine if you live on benefits... Unrealistic to collect parcel when you work. Staff passive aggressive.

   Rushden staff are friendly and deserve a 5 star rating unfortunately it's the diabolical opening hours I wish to complain about... 8 till 10?? I suggest 8.30 till 12.30 every day at the VERY least!

   I cannot speak highly enough of the team. I lost a 4 pack in the post last Wednesday and have trouble leaving the house. One of the team not only found the 4 pack but poured them through the letterbox one by one via a funnel. Go team Rushden.... The red army!

   Always a friendly smile and backed up with efficient service. I've never had a problem picking parcels up. The only draw back is the somewhat odd times they are open but hey it's a small thing really.
