Excellent advice choosing new tiles for our patio. Shaun Davis went above and beyond to help and to arrange delivery at our convenience. Damaged tiles were ordered (not a stock item) and replaced within 48 hours. Excellent service and support.

Great service as always from the team in Wellingborough, particularly Julie and Shaun who managed to source and arrange delivery of three pallets of discontinued Bradstone concrete slabs at a really good price in quick time. Also a big thanks to the delivery driver who managed to reverse his truck 100m down our narrow access road to save us a lot of work moving 120 slabs from the kerbside. Highly recommend as always.

If you any sort of DIY problem, measure, and to any member of their staff, they will ask questions making sure they understand your needs, gather the products, an bag it. Marvellous what else does one need! Highly recommended
Went in today at 10.57 was told I couldn’t be served as they were waiting for 11 for the one minute silence but was very rude about it . I have 6 guys on site waiting for materials so don’t really need to be waiting around I left and went BQ instead much better service
Unfortunately I've not had good experience with this company lately staff always friendly and helpful in-store but delivery is a joke recently had heated discussion on phone about failed and late delivery demanded refund time and labour cost wasted. Now again being let down still waiting
