   My Son attends one of your colleges and on his second year. It took almost a whole year to get the first bursary payment and now into the second year, surprise surprise he is having the same problems with not being able to login to his portal as constantly tells us the username or password is invalid. I've called every single day to try and get things resolved so he can get his bursary sorted, being a single parent family after suffering a loss of a parent, yet get no answer or no call back. This is utterly disgusting that no one seems to care.

   I have emailed and no response, my child attended half term SCL last week in October half term, he was picked on by other children, dismissed by leaders, and they failed to tell me he was nearly sick in the morning and hit in head with a ball and was refused to eat half of his food (that he has been able eat there on previous occasions, healthy no nuts ect) He had an awful time and they will not get back in touch!

   Run a wraparound club at my sons school, the staff are usually very young, poorly trained and do not engage with the children.The company have cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice leaving parents and the school in the lurch. The facility they use is not kept clean and they often do not have snacks or provisions for all the children- particularly for those with food intolerances. Their summer camps are no better. Avoid

   extremely frustrated with the poor communication of SCL - no response when you send emails. When you call, it keeps on saying they are busy and someone will attend which never happens. The other option is leaving a voice message - but nobody ever calls back. The new website of SCL is equally frustrating - its not been tested properly and lots of features are not working, the existing ids are all erased, payment does not even have a childcare voucher option! If anyone knows how to get in contact with them successfully, please can you let me know?

   My son can be a real challenge and the SCL guys really stepped up and helped him enjoy his half term holiday club. I couldn't have asked for more from them and at such a fantastic price. Engaging activities both indoors and outdoors and the children were allowed to make decisions for themselves within safe parameters. Will definitely book for next half term!

   My children love SCL’s holiday clubs and I look forward to utilising their after school care in the future too. The staff are friendly and the kids love them. The activities are always lots of fun and my children have the best time there.

   Highly recommend SCL holiday clubs! The staff are great and my children love going. Lots of fun, varied activities each day with the choice of either joining in the soccer school or club energy. Have tried various other providers in the past but SCL wins hands down!
