Words can not describe how poor Timber Tec's customer service is. After trying to return a fencing post that was incorrectly mortised, we experienced what can only be described as the wrost customer service ever. The man, who we believe to be the owner is a aggressive, patronising and arrogant human being who has absolutely no idea of how to treat his customers. We will never purchase from this man again.
