My kids go here, they absolutely love it. We had tried other schools in the past and had been put off martial arts - Ross and his team made it fun and exciting the kids come out beaming with smiles and confidence
I’ve been training at TMAS for just over a month with no previous martial arts experience, and it’s been an amazing experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive, and everyone here is welcoming and helpful. I’d highly recommend TMAS to anyone interested in learning BJJ—whether for fitness, mental health, or self-defence.
My daughter has been doing Kung Fu for a couple of years with the Martial Arts school. She is nearly 9 and really enjoys it. It is helping build her confidence as well teaching self defence and other skills. It is a very friendly environment and I would highly recommend training with them. Sifu Ross and Nathan have been excellent teachers. The greatest highlight for her is the summer time water fights at the end of a lesson :)

Really love training with these guys. Sifu Ross always goes that extra bit when delivering his classes. A**** Steve also plays a massive part in our training on Thursdays. He is a true asset to the martial arts school brand! Myself and my 3 children are members and love the full time venue we train from. Coming from our own club, this gives us that extra knowledge to progress our own training. Appreciate the help every week.
I have been training with Sifu Ross for over 10 years he is an excellent tutor and the classes are fun. There are a variety of martial arts on offer so there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend.

Sifu Ross is an incredible instructor with knowledge of a range of styles that would suit all, from Brazilian Ju Jitsu to Tai Chi, Kung Fu to Kick Boxing. All ages and abilities welcome and catered for.
I have been training with Sifu Ross for over 4 years now. Since day 1 I always felt welcome and part of the family. Each club member is easy going and willing to help in improving techniques or just general fitness. My 7 years old son became part of the club 3 years ago and he's loving his sessions. Sifu Ross has a lot of patience and is really going when talking to and training with kids. The whole structure of kids program is very well laid out and it makes them all feel welcome and gives them a sense of belonging. Highly recommended for anyone who's new to martial arts or has a lot of experience of it.
Have been a member for almost 15 years. Love the variety of classes and the level of instruction provide by Sifu Ross, he has an extensive knowledge of many martial arts and always has time to explain the intricacies. Good number of classes for juniors too.
I’ve been part of this group for seven years now and it’s been absolutely amazing! Very friendly and accepting of all people, and training is made simple enough for everyone to progress through. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and hope no one is discouraged to join by other reviews that may insult this school. Sifu Ross is highly trained and has helped me progress so much more than any other martial art schools I’ve been to.
