Dropped a parcel here to return to Ted Baker through Evri and asked for a receipt, the worker said “email” and made me enter my email address. It’s been 2 weeks and Ted Baker still haven’t received the parcel and therefore I can’t get my refund. TERRIBLE service and would not recommend using this store for Evri. Would rate zero stars!!
Dreadful! All the time i was here the person was talking non-English to another non-English speaking person standing in the doorway. I had 2 parcels to return. He scanned and printed labels (not concentrating or paying attention at all)but barely touched them onto parcels so I had to stick them on properly myself. I asked for receipts to which his response was 'EMAIL' whilst turning his phone round to me indicating need for me to enter my email address.....again I asked for receipts. He was constantly in loud non-English conversation with the other person. Ignoring me - again I asked for receipts and he just said 'NO'! EMAIL indicating they would email receipts. He took parcels off counter and turned away. Worst customer service. Will never go here again. Very rude and he did not pay any attention to what he was doing at all. I did not ever receive confreceipt email and I now find out my that 1 of my QVC parcels has not been received. With no proof of posting either. Luckily QVC will investigate on my behalf. If I could rate this shop ZERO I would. Hopefully, this review will avoid it happening to someone else. I wish I had read the reviews before I went here.
Took an Amazon package to a local Polish(?) shop for an Evri return. The gentleman was on his phone prior to serving and also DURING serving too. A receipt was given, but no confirmation came through and Amazon has not received the return a week later. Amazon is chill, but to be honest I thought something like this would happen as the server was not attentive. I will not bring items to return from here again.

I've used this store a few times, I think it is a Polish run corner shop, I've had lots of help from younger staff while trying to print Hermes labels. It was efficient, maybe not a friendly as it could be...but where is nowadays!? There are a few language barriers i suspect. It can get busy but with a little patience all may be achieved
that older lady with an mole on her face an oily skin, very rude and unfriendly... not uderstanding English is a an excuse when they dont want to help you.... not sure if its a race thing but always looks at me with like i should not visit their shop
