Calls to them at the 11th hour, to get some really crucial agricultural parts to far flung corners of the UK.....like water off a ducks back. It's done. I've been in logistics 20 years. It's rare you find a company as flexible, accommodating and reliable as HSP, and with such great a customer service approach. I'll be using these guys wherever I can.
Great experience with HSP I rang for a same day delivery and the Driver was their to pick up the parcel within half an hour. H was very helpful and friendly the Phone, as was the driver. Definitely use them for all my other business, takes the worry out of speedy delivery.
Great experience using HSP Couriers, fantastic service which is good value for money. Both the staff in the office and the driver were helpful, polite & friendly. They reacted to problems that occurred professionally and were more than accommodating. I will certainly be using their services again in the future and would recommend them to anyone!!!
Very prompt and efficient service. Thank you. Only one point: order was a large load and sending one vehicle to collect was insufficient. However, back-up vehicle arrived within half an hour to complete the job - remarkable! I know HSP are out there now and would recommend the service.
