   Visited Tuesday 28th October I ordered a large Cod meal with peas and Curry sauce which isn't cheap...Got home to find the fish had obviously been cooked twice maybe leftover from dinnertime there wasn't a lot of white meat in the frazzled batter it was dry and tasteless .I should have taken it back immediately but decided to try and rescue some fish. I have been using this chip shop for years but this is the worst I have ever had. Ronnie the usual guy wasn't there who is absolutely spot on with his fish and chips

   Good local chipshop that has stayed pretty true to their roots. It's changed a bit over the years, and we've moved away, but the Sussex circus chipshop remains a staple when we visit family.

   Lovely chippy now our favourite. Kids used to like a shop closer to me but went off their chips because they changed their potato or oil they were using but was enough to put 2 of them off and now not interested in their chips. On the off chance I decided I try this one as I visited the post office near by when I see a fairly decent size queue lining up at lunch time, came back home with a sausage meal with curry sauce. Had a choice of chip shop or Chinese style. My lad who was put off by the other chippy has now choose this shop as his go to for chippy meal. We now have been back many times and never had a bad meal. Price is good with good size portions defo recommend a visit.
