   I have booked several holidays with Jen at Virgin Holidays in Southampton. Jen understands the requirements around my holidays and time after time sources me the most appropriate fit for my budget. She is so knowledgeable about the destinations, so pleasant and it’s that very reason we keep returning to her for future trips. A real credit to Virgin Holidays.

   Fantastic service and lovely staff in this shop. The girls were all so helpful we were offered drinks and there was even a place for my daughter to sit and colour. They were patient and helped me with all my questions even after I’d booked!

I have stage 4 cancer and she was kind, considerate and just full blown amazing. A complete credit to Virgin Atlantic. She made sure everything was perfect which it was and answered silly little queries that I have and she made herself available if I get any further issues

   completely lost their way- this company used to be my go to automatically but now can follow simple instructions- dates given and we were quoted....we think that's OK....then it comes through and dates are wrong. Time to find a new TA I think

   Very dissapointed with Virgin holidays Southampton. We recently visited the branch to potentially book our honeymoon. We were looking to go to Mexico but had some questions about covid restrictions as one of us is not vaccinated. We were advised instantly that it was impossible as Virgin AND no other airline flew direct to Mexico. we would have to fly to America first (who would not let us fly due to their covid restrictions). After speaking with other travel agents we have found out this was a lie. We don't know if we were told this in an attempt to put us off going to other travel agents but we found this quite sly and have lost faith in booking with Virgin because of this.

   We went to Virgin Holidays in Next, Hedge End, to enquire about a holiday to Disney World Florida. We booked the appointment online and just happened to get the lovely Jen Lea as our advisor. We had done a little research online, so we knew what most things would cost us individually but we wanted to see what the cost would be though a travel agent. We were absolutely blown away not only with Jen’s knowledge but also her enthusiasm about all things Disney! We loved the random little facts that she shared with us and genuinely feel that she cared about making our holiday magical. She found us the most amazing deal and we were shocked by the price. We were then even more surprised when we had a call the next day to say there was a black Friday sale! We decided to go for it and book the holiday but we needed to make a slight change to our dates. Unfortunately by this point Jen had gone on a rather lovely sounding Disney Cruise so we couldn’t book through her in the end. I hope that her superiors still acknowledged her contribution to booking our holiday though, I genuinely don’t know if we would have booked through Virgin if it weren’t for the service that Jen provided! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

   Far from helpful with problems, problems with holiday & all I get is a £100 voucher, for a over price holiday I paid for. A delux room above the nite club which was open till 2am every nite.I wouldn't book with them again as they really don't know the info on the holidays they sale.
